Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and emotional support
• Implement therapeutic care plans
• Support education and activities
• Maintain safe, homely environment

Essential Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent
• Experience working with children in care settings
• Understanding of trauma-informed practice
• Driving licence and flexibility for shift work
