Job Description
Lead and manage a children's home, ensuring outstanding care quality, regulatory compliance, and positive outcomes for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall management of children's home
- Lead and develop staff team
- Ensure Ofsted compliance and outstanding ratings
- Budget management and reporting
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- Registered Manager experience (minimum 2 years)
- Outstanding Ofsted track record
- Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations
